Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is made and prepared with care for every order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was sent

Once your claim is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue. For lost packages, please reach out so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
